We live in a world where too many fight their battles alone. Where silence builds walls higher than any fortress, and stigma weighs heavier than stone.
Project Stronghold exists to change that. This is more than a name — it’s a promise. A promise to build and maintain a place where support meets belonging. Where the walls don’t keep people out — they keep despair out.
And inside? You find your people. Your circle. Your strength.

This is a movement where we become empowered — and help those around us do the same. Inside the Stronghold, you don’t stand alone.
You gain tools, strategies, and allies who have your back. You stop fighting battles by yourself and start building victories together.

When you step inside the walls, you become part of something greater. A cause. A community. A stronghold.
Here, we rise together. When one of us stumbles, we all lean in. When one of us breaks, we all rebuild. When one of us rises, we all rise.
Because resilience isn’t built in isolation. It’s forged in a community where every member is both defended and empowered — in shared strength, in open doors, in unshakable unity.
Allow us to introduce ourselves — we’re Ken and Amanda Reusser. Together, we’re creating this community because we know it’s the missing piece on the path to growth and recovery.
We’ve both struggled with depression and anxiety for as long as we can remember — for each of us, it began in childhood. Now in our 30s, we’ve spent a lifetime learning, stumbling, and fighting to figure things out.
We’re not doctors or therapists, and we don’t pretend to be. That’s why we bring professionals into the circle each month to share their insights.
But what we are is something different: experts at living with these conditions.

We’ve both been diagnosed with major depressive disorder and generalized anxiety disorder. Amanda also lives with PTSD, and Ken lives with ADHD — which makes for an “interesting mix" to say the least.
Despite these challenges, we’ve learned how to live our best lives, one day at a time — And if we can learn to move forward despite depression and anxiety, so can you.
Through trial and error, we’ve discovered strategies that work. We’ve built careers, created a loving home for our two children, and grown businesses we’re proud of — not because the struggle disappeared, but because we learned how to cope and keep growing despite it.
We know what it feels like to live in the dark, and we know what it feels like to find a way forward. That’s why we built Project Stronghold — to be the bridge we wish we had years ago.
For years, we lived with our struggles in silence, too afraid to ask for help. And when we finally did, we discovered there wasn’t a single source that brought together everything we desperately needed.
That’s why we built Project Stronghold — a community that can provide the missing piece we wished existed when we needed it most.
Not a replacement for therapy or treatment, but a safe, strong community where you can discover what works, share your story, and rise with others walking the same road. Because inside the Stronghold, you’ll never have to do it alone.
We want to share what has helped us cope, grow, and move forward. But here’s the truth:
Project Stronghold isn’t about us. It’s about you.

The reality is, we don’t just want to share what’s helped us — we want to hear from you.
How are you reaching your goals? What helps you get through the hardest days? Where do you find the strength to keep moving forward?
Your voice matters here. Your story, your strategies, your real-world victories — big or small — are what will help others rise.
This is what makes Project Stronghold so unique. It's about people being lifted up while helping others to rise. We are in the fight together.
Inside the Stronghold, iron sharpens iron. Together, we’ll build each other up and create the momentum that none of us could achieve alone.

You don’t have to keep fighting your battles in isolation.
We are the Stronghold — forged in community, in shared strength, in unshakable unity. And we are stronger, together.
Join us. Stand with us. Rise with us.
